This position is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to connect with clients in their own comfortable environments while maintaining the integrity of a professional outpatient office setting. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health statuses and life circumstances, developing empathy-driven, individualized therapeutic plans.
• Regularly meet with clients (e.g., weekly sessions) to provide support, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed, using evidence-based practices tailored to their needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, fostering a safe and welcoming environment that ensures every voice is heard.
• Reference and collaborate with external healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support groups, to ensure comprehensive care and resource availability for clients.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights or consult on complex cases.

Your caseload will comprise a diverse range of clients seeking assistance for various mental health issues. With a focus on culturally competent care, you will rely on your understanding of individual backgrounds to connect with clients and tailor interventions that resonate with their life experiences. Your ability to foster trust will enable effective therapeutic relationships critical for client progress, including those facing challenges related to addiction, trauma, and relational issues.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the State of Washington.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in various therapeutic modalities and patient backgrounds.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies, mental health disorders, and ethical counseling practices.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant digital tools.

• Experience providing crisis intervention and management with the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.
• A track record of facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring inclusivity and active participation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and strategies to optimize client care.
