Mosaic Mastery Wellness is actively seeking dedicated and qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our expanding clinical team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to the needs of clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, providing a safe space for open communication and resolution of conflicts.
• Offer individual therapy sessions to family members, addressing issues such as grief and loss, medical concerns, and job-related stress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to treat a wide range of family dynamics and mental health disorders.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation consistent with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and optimal client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT with Mosaic Mastery Wellness, you will work with a diverse client base, which includes couples, children, and adolescents. Our clientele often face challenges such as alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological trauma, communication barriers within family settings, and the complexities surrounding separation and divorce. Your role is crucial in providing the support families need to navigate these difficult issues and foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Proficient in therapeutic techniques that address the needs of both individual clients and families.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapy practices is advantageous.
• Experience dealing with child and adolescent populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Alongside competitive earnings, our benefits package includes:
