Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for couples and individuals, evaluating their specific needs and objectives.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, addressing relationship dynamics, conflicts, and enhancing communication.
• Provide individual counseling sessions tailored to the needs of each family member, with a focus on conditions such as:
• Address issues like alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, blended family challenges, and mother/daughter conflicts.
• Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including referrals and follow-up support.
• Document and manage client progress through electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will impact a diverse range of clients, including couples navigating challenges in their relationships, families dealing with significant transitions, and individuals coping with personal struggles. You will develop specialized care plans for various issues, including those related to psychological and physical abuse, conflicts among family members, separation and divorce adjustments, and communication difficulties. Your expertise will enable clients to work toward healing and resolution in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Proficient understanding of various therapeutic modalities and their applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sensitivity toward diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

While newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, candidates with experience in therapeutic settings are preferred. A background in treating family dynamics, trauma, and behavioral issues will be particularly beneficial. Flexibility in availability, ideally committing to 30 hours or more per week, will enhance your capacity to deliver consistent and impactful care to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Mosaic Mastery Wellness offers a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional well-being, including:
