Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health statuses using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to employ coping strategies, improve mental well-being, and achieve personal goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing support, encouragement, and resources as they navigate their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, referring clients to specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with various mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid state license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously while providing empathetic and effective counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits
