Work Location:
ID Logistics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations. Based in Allentown, PA, this role serves as a strategic partner to site leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
The HRBP will provide guidance across all core HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning. This position requires strong collaboration with operational leaders and the ability to navigate a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with site leadership to support business objectives through effective HR strategies
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for hourly and salaried staff for multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and safety standards
  • Drive performance management processes, including reviews and development planning
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building efforts

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel monthly to Rotterdam, NJ and Germantown, WI is required
  • Flexibility to support varying schedules as business needs require
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Highly Preferred
  • Must have flexibility to travel to Multiple locations , Multi state

Salary $80,000 to $90,000 per year
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience of on-site HR management or HR leadership, with a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and HR team members.
  • Strong experience advising operations leaders on business practices and business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, local and state employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions to complex HR issues.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule and handle challenges that may arise after business hours.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • ADP Workforce HRIS experience.
