Our client is seeking a transformative HR Executive to serve as the primary strategic partner to the CHRO and site leadership. This is a high-visibility mandate to overhaul and modernize the HR function across two critical industrial sites. You will transition from tactical oversight to strategic architecture, leveraging AI and operational excellence tools to redefine the employee experience for a diverse salaried and production workforce.
Core Mission
  • Strategic Architect: Conduct a 90-day functional assessment to design and deploy a "best-in-class" HR roadmap.
  • Culture Catalyst: Lead large-scale change management and continuous improvement efforts to drive elite levels of engagement.
  • Business Advisor: Coach executive leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and high-stakes employee relations.
  • Operational Excellence: Use data-driven KPIs and emerging technology (AI) to optimize HR delivery and performance.
