Leveraging deep industry knowledge and strong client relationships, this role combines commercial acumen, data-driven problem solving, and thought leadership to help clients address complex brand and market challenges.This rolewill serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders,strengthening IQVIA's position as a trusted strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Growth:

  • Leverage pre-existing relationships and network toidentify, source, and shape new business opportunities by aligning IQVIA's analytic capabilities with client needs and growthobjectives.
  • Drive proposal and RFP processes with new clients
  • Support pipeline planning, client engagement strategies, and account growth planning by collaborating with cross-functional teams across IQVIA.

Deliver Strategic Insights:

  • Build andmaintaintrusted, long-term client relationships through strategic thinking, clear communication, and value-driven collaboration.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor,providingcompelling insights thatdemonstratea deep understanding of client brand dynamics, market forces, and competitive landscapes.

Shape Analytic Solutions:

  • Providedirection, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.
  • Oversee the development and presentation of client deliverables.Lead client discussions, presenting key findings and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications&Experience

  • Degree in engineering, statistics, math,economicsor other quantitative fields; Masters / MBA preferred
  • 10+years of experience in management consulting, data analytics or similar roles in biopharmarequired.Understanding of the functions and goals ofCommercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
  • Track recordof selling, managing, and delivering client projects
  • Strongunderstanding of healthcare data, analytical methods, and Commercial practice areas in biopharma
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.Proactive, inquisitive, and impact-oriented mindset

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $137,200.00 - $453,700.00.
