Position Summary:

The Director of Outpatient Services provides leadership for outpatient services and programs andis responsible forensuring the clinical integrity of all programs. Responsibilities include direct supervision and management of alloutpatientclinical services. Supervises all staff providing outpatient services. Promotes andmaintainsa therapeutic environment, with the development/ implementation of evidence-based clinical treatment programs. The Director of Outpatient Services provides oversight of all aspects of outpatient clinical care and ensures safe, ethical care to all patients attending outpatient services. The Director of Outpatient Servicesis responsible forintegration of the Outpatient program with the Inpatient facility and provides individual and group supervision.

Qualifications

Education:Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience in an Outpatient behavioral programrequired. Supervisory/Lead experience preferred.

License:Licensed in counseling and/or social servicefields.

Preferred Requirements:A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS regulations and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
