Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create treatment plans based on each client’s needs, symptoms, and goals
  • Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions
  • Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment updates, and required documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
  • Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote behavioral health care

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
