Read Before Applying:

For over 13 years, Advocate Construction has been dedicated to integrity, craftsmanship, and the protection of our clients' greatest investment: their homes. Today, we are the 21st largest residential roofing firm in the country. To maintain this standard, we select teammates who are willing to trade short-term comfort for long-term gains; to defend their homeowners and grow professionally. This is not for everyone. As you train, you will work with real-life homeowners from 10 AM - 8 PM, be told 'No' dozens of times, and this is the repetition you need to master your craft. Most people quit in their first week because they lack the discipline required to earn a six-figure income. If you need the comfort of a cubicle, do not apply. If you want to be empowered to earn what you are truly worth, keep reading.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Guaranteed weekly base pay + monthly, and annual bonuses

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inspection to project completion

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage defensive and skeptical homeowners in productive discussions about home protection and construction
  • Familiarity with roofing, solar, pest control, or other field-based industries a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background/MVR checks
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
