Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler (IMS) to support complex, long-term projects requiring detailed planning, coordination, and execution. This role is responsible for developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), performing resource analysis, and ensuring alignment across project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera (P6)
  • Perform resource planning and analysis for complex, multi-phase projects
  • Track project progress and identify scheduling risks or conflicts
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Support project execution within an integrated team environment

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, program management, or engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera (P6)
  • Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
  • Proven experience managing complex project schedules

Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of combined technical and project-based experience
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or military-related industries
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

Special Requirements
