- Lead vehicle packaging and integration of the Connectivity Hardware into vehicle platforms, ensuring mechanical, thermal, and EMC constraints are met while maintaining connectivity performance targets.
- Manage program-specific interface control documents (ICDe/ICDm) and other component level specifications, ensuring alignment with system, software, and vehicle requirements.
- Maintain the ECU Bill of Material (BoM) and coordinate Tier‑N resiliency activities, including design reviews, timing alignment, risk tracking, and issue resolution.
- Manage Contract Manufacturer engagement for ECU builds, ensuring correct configuration, build readiness, and timely delivery of hardware for development and production.
- Execute and complete production approval activities for Connectivity Hardware ensuring all required documentation, test evidence, and regulatory approvals are in place for production release.
- Develop and maintain the program DFMEA in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers, driving mitigation actions and continuous improvement for field robustness.
- Coordinate prototype, DV, PV, and launch hardware builds with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring configuration control, issue tracking, and timely resolution of findings.
- Coordinate hardware issue resolution with hardware design experts to ensure issues are quickly triaged, root-caused, and resolved.
- Support hardware bring-up and in vehicle system test plan development and execution to ensure component and in-vehicle performance meet specifications.
- Ensure Connectivity Hardware design documentation meets applicable safety, EMC/EMI, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements, through working with domain experts.
- Align closely with cross functional teams from Product, Software, Quality, and Vehicle Teams on feature roadmap and development status.
