About the job you're considering:

We are seeking a skilled Semarchy MDM Developer to design, develop, and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Semarchy Data Platform using AI. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to consolidate and govern enterprise master data. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, accurate, and trusted data across domains such as customer, loyalty, booking, and vendor data.

Your Role:
  • Design and develop data models, including entities, attributes, hierarchies, and relationships within Semarchy (SDP).
  • Define and maintain business rules, reference data, and master data structures.
  • Configurend manage data quality rules, validation checks, data profiling, and cleansing processes.
  • Develop and implement match-and-merge strategies to create and maintain golden records.
  • Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Build and configure REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange and integration.
  • Design and implement data ingestion and synchronization processes from multiple source systems.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to support end-to-end master data workflows.
  • Develop and enhance workflows that enable data stewards to review, approve, enrich, and maintain master data.
  • Support business users by translating requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot MDM processes and job executions.
  • Optimize application performance and data processing efficiency.
  • Manage model editions and deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments.
Required Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions using Semarchy SDP and xDM.
  • Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) implementations and data governance initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, SemQL .and AI capabilities in SDP
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data quality management, and master data governance concepts.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with application deployment, integrations, and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with customer, vendor, product, loyalty, or booking master data domains.
  • Knowledge of ETL/data integration tools and enterprise data architecture.
  • Knowledge of AI and AI agents (such as Claude or Copilot)
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $54,000 to $130,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
