VDOT Business Analyst

Introduction: As a VDOT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex processes and systems, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and assist in testing and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze complex processes and systems, identifying root causes of problems
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs
• Translate business requirements into application requirements and user stories
• Work with enterprise software including Oracle and SQL Server
• Perform system integration testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing
• Create and document Business Process Modeling diagrams
