Job description

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a FSMS EBS Master Data Lead to support our proposal effort for the USCG FSC BOD in Chesapeake, VA.

Position Overview:

The FSMS EBS Master Data Lead serves as the primary authority for maintaining the integrity, quality, governance, and lifecycle management of critical financial and operational master data. This position oversees data creation, validation, maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance activities supporting financial operations, audit readiness, system integrations, and enterprise reporting requirements. The Master Data Lead collaborates closely with FSC business stakeholders, Oracle functional teams, financial analysts, auditors, and technical support personnel to ensure accurate, consistent, and audit-ready data across the FSMS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all master data management activities supporting the FSMS Oracle EBS environment.
  • Establish and maintain master data governance processes, standards, and controls.
  • Oversee creation, modification, validation, and retirement of master data records.
  • Ensure compliance with FSC data governance policies and federal financial management requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience supporting master data management, Oracle ERP systems, or federal financial systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS or Oracle Federal Financials environments.
  • Experience managing financial master data and enterprise data governance processes.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit activities.
  • Experience developing and implementing data quality controls and standards.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Clearance: Tier 1 Background Investigation or higher & CAC are required to Start.
