Role: Associate Program Manager (Data & GIS Governance)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week Richmond, VA)

Interview Process: In-Person Only
 

 Key Responsibilities
  • Governance & Stewardship: Participate in Client enterprise data governance framework to ensure consistency, accountability, and effective data stewardship across business units.

  • Master Data Management: Oversee MDM efforts supporting mission-critical enterprise datasets.

  • Lifecycle & Metadata Management: Champion data lifecycle best practices (from creation to archival) and mature metadata standards, data dictionaries, classification systems, and documentation.

  • Data Quality Remediation: Drive targeted strategies to resolve data quality challenges by collaborating closely with business units and technical SMEs.

  • Geospatial (GIS) Governance: Provide strategic direction for ArcGIS platform utilization and integrate GIS capabilities seamlessly into enterprise processes.

  • Communication & Training: Communicate complex data topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; develop training materials, guidance documents, and governance communications.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate cross-functional working groups to align on data priorities, policies, and the adoption of emerging tools.
