Job description

Overview
This position will focus on aspects of product master data and ensure set up and maintenance of master data within multiple platforms. Facilitate communication and information with multiple stakeholders to align on product management decisions including functions such as sales, pricing management, customer service, supply chain, product development, mfg. etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of SKU management to include product data entry into relevant systems across multiple locations.
  • Interface with Sales, Technical Marketing, Customer Service and Manufacturing to support new product requests to ensure complete and accurate information is collected from appropriate sources
  • Provide direction across ERP platforms to ensure complete and accurate information is disseminated to appropriate sources for creation of skus to include raw materials, packaging purchased goods, etc.
  • Identify business critical data elements that are missing and determine best approach to obtain missing information.
  • Recommend and develop continuous improvements to processes that impact product data information.
  • Facilitate product information to include mfg. specs, QC and TDS are accurate and consistent within multiple systems and disseminate product information (TDS) and incorporate in the website.
  • Support business intelligence and system cross functional ERP teams by creating appropriate analytics and providing accurate source data.
  • Develop, implement and execute reports to ensure master data are accurate, complete and current.
  • Prepare and conduct audits of master data and master data processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
