Job description

Job Title: Master Data Management Specialist

Posting Start Date: 7/17/26

The Master Data Management Specialist is responsible for processing all raw material, product and process-related inquiries on master data in order to ensure efficient and faultless production of exiting and new products.

Your Role:
  • Maintain article master data within SAP system according to new material requests
  • Collaborate new item setup/maintenance with all applicable departments to ensure data quality
  • Support business units to resolve day-to-day master data issues
  • Assist with requesting and gathering essential product information
  • Enforce established data guidelines and processes
  • Document additions, adjustments and deletions of master data in SAP system
  • Create and maintain product - specific master data and recipes in SAP system based on specific requirements from TCS and R&D teams
  • Maintain product-specific substance data in SAP system
  • Review production recipes, process parameters and test plan
  • Advise internal customers (TCS, R&D) globally on SAP issues concerning the substance database, recipe management and PPI.
Your Profile:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in Master Data Management
  • SAP experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
