About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Stibo MDM Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise with Stibo STEP to improve product data quality, streamline integrations, and support critical business initiatives across eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms. Candidates interested in relocating to the Dallas area are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
  • Design, architect, and implement enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Stibo STEP
  • Develop custom workflows, business rules, data models, and JSON/XML exports
  • Translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions
  • Build and optimize integrations with enterprise systems using Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, APIs, and ETL processes
  • Develop data solutions supporting eCommerce, ERP, CRM, search platforms, and downstream applications
  • Implement data governance, validation, and quality controls to improve product data accuracy
  • Optimize SQL queries and data transformation processes for enterprise applications
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements
  • Partner with Product Management, Data Engineering, eCommerce, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and mentoring on MDM best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Must be able to work on W2 as a permanent employee
    No VISA sponsorship for this role
  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Stibo STEP
  • Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
  • Expertise with:
    • Stibo STEP
    • Workflow development
    • Business Rules
    • Data Modeling
    • SQL
    • JSON and XML
  • Experience integrating Stibo with enterprise systems using Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, APIs, or ETL technologies
  • Strong understanding of product data management, governance, and data quality best practices
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications such as eCommerce platforms, ERP, CRM, or search solutions
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite four days per week in the Dallas, TX area
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Auto Care product data standards
  • Experience working in large enterprise retail, distribution, manufacturing, or eCommerce environments
  • Experience optimizing high-volume data processing and system performance
  • Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership on MDM initiatives
