Sr. Developer- Master Data Management w/ Stibo
Senior MDM Developer (Stibo STEP)
Location: Dallas, TX Area (Relocation Available)
Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent
We are seeking a Senior MDM Developer with deep expertise in Stibo STEP to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced developer who can design, develop, and optimize enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that improve product data quality, streamline integrations, and support critical business initiatives. Candidates open to relocating to the Dallas area are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, and implement enterprise MDM solutions using Stibo STEP, including custom workflows, business rules, and data exports.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
  • Develop and optimize complex workflows, business rules, JSON exports, and integrations with downstream applications.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models supporting Auto Care standards and enterprise product data requirements.
  • Implement data quality controls, governance processes, and reporting to improve product data accuracy and completeness.
  • Design and support integrations using Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, and ETL processes.
  • Develop solutions that feed eCommerce, search, ERP, CRM, and other subscribing systems.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills to transform and optimize exported data for downstream systems including Salesforce, DB2, and other relational databases.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MDM application performance and data processing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, eCommerce, Data Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and end-user support for MDM capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP MDM development.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Expertise with:
    • Stibo STEP
    • Workflow development
    • Business Rules
    • Data Modeling
    • JSON/XML
    • SQL
  • Experience integrating Stibo with enterprise systems using Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, APIs, or ETL technologies.
  • Strong understanding of product data management, governance, and data quality best practices.
  • Experience supporting downstream systems such as eCommerce platforms, search platforms, CRM, or ERP applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
