Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise master data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica MDM, deep PL/SQL and database skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality master data solutions. Experience with Informatica IDMC and pharmaceutical or life sciences domain knowledge is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement enterprise-grade Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM.
  • Define MDM data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and hierarchy management strategies.
  • Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures and perform database performance tuning.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks including data quality and metadata management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM architecture.
  • Lead end-to-end MDM implementation including data onboarding and golden record creation.
  • Define integration patterns between MDM, source systems, and downstream applications using APIs and ETL.
  • Support migration and modernization initiatives involving Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
  • Establish MDM best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Drive performance optimization, scalability, and platform stability improvements.
  • Participate in client discussions and architecture reviews.
  • Maintain architecture documentation and operational playbooks.
