As Master Data Management (MDM) Reltio Expert you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MDM solutions using Reltio MDM software.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Reltio MDM software primarily cloud migration.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand master data requirements on Cloud.

Define data models, data dictionaries, and data governance rules for master data entities.

Integrate MDM solutions with other enterprise systems and databases.

Develop and maintain data quality rules and data validation processes.

Create and manage data mapping, transformation, and cleansing rules.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.

Implement data security and access control measures for master data.

Monitor and resolve data integration and data quality issues.

Perform data profiling and data quality assessments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related problems.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior MDM developers.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in MDM and data management.

Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience as an MDM Reltio Expert with hands-on experience in Informatica MDM migration to Reltio MDM to Cloud.

Understanding of data governance and data stewardship principles.

Proficiency in SQL and database management systems e.g., Oracle SQL Server.

Reltio MDM certification is a plus.

Experience with Insurance industry is a plus.

4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience working within a highly-matrixed organization.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
