Overview:

We are seeking a Change Management Lead to drive the successful adoption of a Master Data and Governance Transformation Program. This role will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable implementation of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Data Governance, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in change management, preferably in enterprise data governance or transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, master data management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotterโ€™s Change Model).
  • Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.).
  • Experience in large-scale ERP or data transformation projects.
  • Ability to drive cultural change and foster a data-driven mindset.
