Job description

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Data Management Analyst in Columbia, SC.  The Data Management Analyst will support the functionality and design of the client’s Customer Support System (CSS).  The Program Analyst is a technical support services position, performing the following:

  • Support client’s Customer Support System (CSS) & Intranet sites utilizing SharePoint Designer 2019/SharePoint Online.
  • Create/develop/update workflows, lists, groups, document libraries, etc.
  • Monitor/Diagnose/Fix issues within CSS (access, workflows, system routing/ticket assignment, etc.)
  • Perform technical research and recommend solutions addressing user/system issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure system functionality.
  • Perform data validation of the information submitted on tickets & invoices.
  • Update/Create Balance Sheets.
  • Provide phone, e-mail, and other support to individuals to help them troubleshoot, enter tickets, and/or navigate the system.
  • Create/Submit various weekly, monthly, & ad-hoc reports
  • Maintains various DPW databases.
  • Position is required to travel to meetings/events periodically.
