The Master Data Management Analyst ensures the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of critical master data, including items, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and related attributes. This role partners with cross-functional teams to establish and continuously improve data standards, processes, and governance practices. With a strong focus on data quality and operational excellence, the MDM Analyst transforms complex data into reliable business information while driving consistency, efficiency, and value across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Manage item creation, updates, and discontinuation, including BOMs, routings, and attributes, while meeting service-level targets.
  • Enforce data governance standards to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable master data.
  • Configure and maintain item classes, templates, EFFs, DFFs, and item attributes.
  • Extract, transform, validate, and standardize data using OTBI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Excel to deliver analysis-ready outputs.
  • Perform routine data quality checks and maintain accurate, complete master data records.
  • Provide timely, high-quality data and analysis to Supply Chain teams, including Inventory, Demand Planning, Quality, Supply Planning, Sourcing, and MDM.
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint content to improve accessibility, usability, and data transparency.
  • Support ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and data migration initiatives.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelors Degree or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in Master Data Management or ERP data administration, Exposure to manufacturing and engineering environments
  • Skills: Understanding of data governance and data quality principles, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, customer service mindset, attention to detail, time management and process improvements, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, experience with Oracle Fusion Product Hub or Product Information Management, experience with SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Oracle Analytics Cloud, familiarity with barcode labeling systems such as Loftware.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $30.00 - $37.00 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
