The role of Senior Analyst - Performance & Analytics involves many different responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be able to proactively communicate ideas and opportunities, as well as conduct in depth analysis to support recommendations and insights. They are also responsible for executing data quality assurance based on rigorous protocols and have strong project management skills. This role includes the ability to independently troubleshoot and address quality control issues, generate reports and analysis from data, and merge and generate data sets for analysis. This role is strategic with a strong emphasis on optimization. Strong communication skills are critical.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an analytics SME, cultivating and maintaining strategic client relationships to drive data-informed decision-making
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the client's industry landscape, competitive positioning, and key business drivers to proactively guide analytical strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to uncover opportunities for analytics to inform and accelerate business initiatives
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations, effectively bridging the gap between analytics and business objectives
- Lead and advocate for process optimization and quality assurance initiatives to continuously elevate the client experience
- Anticipate and troubleshoot analytical or data integrity issues, providing timely escalation and resolution strategies as needed
- Drive sophisticated analyses using Adobe Analytics and other tools, delivering impactful insights across multi-channel digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with the Optimization Team to identify strategic testing and personalization opportunities that enhance customer experience and performance outcomes
Required Skills:
- Proficient in advanced web analytics platforms, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics for end-to-end digital performance measurement
- Experience in CRM Analytics (Email)
- Comprehensive experience across the digital ecosystem, including web analytics, paid media, search, and social performance measurement
- Strong executive communication skills, capable of presenting complex data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Pride in work product with high accountability, initiative, and thought leadership
- Must be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, or Marketing preferred
- Self-starter with 2-5 years of analytic experience in an Agency or Marketing environment a plus
- Highly self-motivated and dependable, with a demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative team settings.
