The pay range is $149,000.00 - $268,000.00

The Enterprise Audience Platform (EAP) is Target's next-generation capability enabling unified audience creation, segmentation, activation, and measurement across the enterprise.Within Target'sCustomer Data Platform (CDP), EAPpowersonsite/apppersonalization, drivesretail mediamarketing efficiency,enables performance marketing reach,acceleratesincremental contribution, and enables enterprise teams to act on real-time, connected guest insights. As aProduct Director, you will set the overall strategic vision for your product space and product team, are accountable for succeeding against identified business outcomes and metrics, will set and manage the product's budget and financials, set the short- and long-term product goals, and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).You will createinteroperability across CDP, upstream data sources, downstream campaign and activation systems, and external partner networks. You will be accountable for building, coaching, and mentoringa strong teamof product owners while also buildinga strongteamculture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams.You will be responsible to elevate your collective team's performance by providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback to all roles on the team while also working with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution related barriers for your teams.

You will drive product discovery with key stakeholders tovalidatehypotheses and concepts with customers before committing engineering time, as you leadhighly complexwork across multiple pyramids, with interrelated specialties.You willleveragedata and analytics to provide competitive analysis, drive decision making, assess the health and effectiveness of your products and related P&L impacts, and to deliver recommendations to key stakeholders.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of product managementexperience

  • Experience building and scalingdata platforms in martech/adtech, audienceplatforms,orpersonalization

  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing product teams while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and enterprise collaboration

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to develop scalable, cloud-native, near-real time pipelines and high-reliability systems

  • Strong communicationskills with a proventrack recordinfluencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across large enterprise organizations

  • Expert in agile product development (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas) with experience shaping complex, multi-pyramid initiatives

  • Strategic mindset and bias for action with a strong ability to define OKRs, drive measurable outcomes, and lead product discovery using data-driven decision making

  • Experience delivering AI-powered and agentic automation capabilities, including decision engines, and end-to-end workflow automation

  • Proven success driving platform modernization - including cloud migration, real-time analytics, data quality frameworks, governance, and privacy-forward design

  • Strong ability to build relationships and align diverse teams across Marketing, Digital, Retail Media, Engineering, and external media & technology partners

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member worksfull-time from home oran alternatelocation that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
