The service offers door-to-door transportation within the MARTA service area, operating alongside the fixed-route system. Eligible riders must apply and be certified under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. MARTA Mobility uses accessible vehicles and trained drivers to ensure safe and reliable transit for qualified passengers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a MARTA Mobility operator?

Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, scheduling software, and ADA compliance tools is typically required. Excellent customer service skills, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities help operators manage diverse rider needs and unexpected situations. These competencies are essential for ensuring safe, reliable, and accessible transportation services for all passengers.
