Are you a Physical Therapist looking for a role that offers genuine caseload variety, a flexible schedule, and a team-focused practice that is built around the needs of its clinicians? PhysioWorks is hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join its growing team in Kent, WA.

About PhysioWorks

PhysioWorks is a therapist-focused outpatient practice specializing in orthopedics, work injuries, occupational medicine, and return-to-work rehabilitation. The mission here is straightforward: help people restore function, return to work, and move forward with confidence. The practice is guided by values of integrity, collaboration, expertise, and empowerment in both patient care and team culture.

About the Role

You will work with a diverse caseload that blends general orthopedics with work rehabilitation, seeing 10 to 12 patients per day in one-hour sessions. Within the work rehabilitation side of the practice you will work with injured workers through specialized Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs. Most other insurance types are also accepted, giving you meaningful variety across your patient panel. The Kent team is multidisciplinary, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants. New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with clinic hours running 8am to 6pm. The schedule is highly flexible based on your needs and the clinic's. A four by ten or four by eight hour schedule is available. No routine weekends. No major holidays.

Compensation

$90,000 to $115,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. A sign-on bonus is included.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are welcome to apply. Full-time availability of 32 or more hours preferred, with part-time consideration for candidates available at least 20 hours per week.
