Marriott Remote Reservations jobs are customer service roles where employees assist guests with booking hotel rooms, making changes to reservations, and answering questions, all while working from home. These positions typically require strong communication skills, comfort with computers, and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone or online. Employees represent the Marriott brand and help ensure guests have a smooth reservation experience. Remote reservations agents often work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guests in different time zones.
