Front Desk Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified receptionist to welcome and greet guest with a smile while handling a variety of tasks, such as faxing, taking and routing phone calls, check-in or check-out guest. Make, Change or Cancel reservations.

A good job candidate must be professional and friendly, especially when dealing with clients. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences.

Responsibilities Front Desk:
  • Welcoming and greeting guest
  • Performing safety checks
  • Directing clients around the area if asked (Must know the general area around the hotel)
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Making, Changing and or Canceling Reservations
  • Copying, faxing and performing other administrative tasks
  • Laundry
  • Serving and reloading breakfast items (this is only required if you work during 7am-3pm Shifts) and only during Breakfast hours
  • Keeping the Lobby and area clean and well-organized
  • Providing delightful customer service
  • Dealing and Handling customer service with a smile
  • Its a plus if you have experience with using Hotel Property Management Systems
  • Holidays, weekends and occasional overtime
Receptionist Job Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programs
