communications plan.

Integrated Marketing Strategy and Digital

Demand Generation

Develop and execute an integrated marketing

strategy, including segment-specific campaigns, that supports occupancy,

average-rate, group, catering, and outlet revenue objectives.

Own the hotel's digital presence, content, and

paid, owned, and earned channels; use analytics to evaluate conversion,

acquisition cost, and return on advertising investment.

Content, Social Media, and Public Relations

Own the hotel's editorial and social-media

calendar and creative asset library, and create or coordinate copy,

photography, video, and promotional collateral that tell a consistent brand

story.

Build media, influencer, and community

relationships; lead public-relations efforts around the hotel opening and

monitor reputation, sentiment, and coverage.

Meetings, Weddings, and Food & Beverage

Marketing

Partner with Sales and Event Management to

market the hotel's meeting and event space, weddings, and social events through

presentations, proposal assets, and lead-generation campaigns.

Collaborate with Food and Beverage leaders to

market outlet concepts, seasonal promotions, and culinary events.

Budget, Compliance, and Team Collaboration

Partner with Marriott Digital Services (MDS)

and the corporate marketing team at Prime Hospitality Group to align property

marketing with Marriott.com, Bonvoy, Local Area Marketing initiatives, brand

standards, and digital marketing programs.

Manage the property marketing budget, vendor

and agency relationships, and performance reporting that connects marketing

activity to hotel business priorities.

Serve as the hotel's brand guardian, ensuring

messaging and creative align with Marriott and PHG standards, and collaborate

closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations.

required.

Preferred

Experience

Previous marketing experience with a

full-service Marriott hotel or another upper-upscale hotel or resort brand,
