What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Marriott Front Desk Associate, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Marriott Front Desk Associate, you need strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with property management systems (such as Opera), reservation software, and basic office tools is typically required.
