Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at our Assumption, IL facility to serve as the primary marketing owner for a key business segment within our North America business.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role responsible for leading and driving marketing execution in support of business priorities, working closely with Product Management and Sales to set direction, prioritize initiatives, and move key efforts forward.
The role blends product marketing leadership with execution. You will be expected to bring clarity to complex situations, make decisions, and follow through to delivery. Success in this role requires sound judgment, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to both think and execute.
This role serves as the clear point of accountability for marketing execution within the assigned business area to deliver work that is focused, aligned, and delivered with impact.
Your Impact
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Product Management and Sales, helping shape priorities and guide go-to-market efforts
  • Lead product marketing execution across the lifecycle, including positioning, launches, sales support, and in-market activity
  • Drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, sales tools, digital channels (including social), and dealer-facing communications
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that translates product capabilities into customer value and supports value-based selling
  • Lead collaboration with the broader marketing team (creative, digital, communications, events) to align priorities and ensure high-quality work is delivered on time
  • Lead campaign deployment and key marketing activities, including events, promotions, and product launches
  • Stay closely connected to market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity, using insights to inform priorities, messaging, and direction
  • Support Sales with practical tools and messaging that are useful in real customer conversations
  • Evaluate campaign performance and business impact, using insights to improve execution and adjust direction

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or commercial marketing
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution with accountability
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and how product decisions are made.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management and Sales teams
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement efforts
  • Ability to translate information into clear, actionable direction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain follow-through in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority

Nice to Have
  • Experience in agriculture, industrial equipment, or similar B2B industries
  • Experience working with or supporting dealer channels
  • Experience planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social

Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $75,000 - $120,000, plus eligible for an annual bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
