POSITION OVERVIEW

Simply calling us a "Creative Fabrication Company" or an "Experiential Marketing Company" doesn't capture the full scope of what we do. We are a dynamic design, build and technology studio serving the experiential marketing, location based entertainment, and museum industries constantly evolving with each and every unique project.
We are looking for an Experiential Marketing Tour Driver to join the team! As a Tour Driver with Aardvark Studios you will represent some of the biggest brands all across the US. Position will involve operating a large, branded DOT vehicle, vehicle maintenance, set-up and breakdown of activation elements, creating memorable experiences for consumers and being of service to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
What makes you the ideal candidate:
  • Preferred 2+ years experience driving oversized vehicles
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Clean driving record
  • "Of Service" mindset
  • Friendly, optimistic, self-motivated personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Mechanically & technically inclined
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly
  • Event Marketing experience preferred but not required
  • DOT Med Card a plus!

Requirements:
  • Drive and maintain custom commercial vehicle (DOT) - 26' box truck or trailer
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety of the vehicle (Pre/Post Trip Inspection)
  • Daily event setup & breakdown includes opening/closing custom vehicle, event set-tents/tables/chairs/signage etc.
  • Responsible for site coordination load in/out
  • Troubleshoot and overcome challenges as they arise
  • Daily reporting
  • Track expenses and submit weekly reports
  • Activation Photos
  • Inventory Management
