Midwest Territory | Remote, Field-Based$85,000-$90,000 base + monthly commissionExpected OTE: $130,000-$150,000

Electro Rent is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Senior Telecom Account Executive to grow and protect a portfolio of high-value telecom accounts across the Midwest.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced field sales professional who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, developing strategic relationships, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic telecom accounts and prospects.
  • Conduct approximately 10 in-person customer visits each week.
  • Develop account plans focused on retention, expansion, and new opportunities.
  • Lead the sales process from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Partner with marketing, inside sales, and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting activity in Salesforce.
  • Re-engage dormant customers and expand relationships within existing accounts
QualificationsWhat You Bring
  • Successful outside sales or account management experience in telecom or a related technical B2B industry.
  • Experience managing high-value named accounts.
  • A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.
  • Strong territory planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% throughout the Midwest.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
