Job description

Lead Network & Systems Administrator
Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Lead Network & Systems Administrator to manage and enhance its infrastructure, networking, and security environment.
This role is highly hands-on and will play a key part in improving system reliability, operational maturity, and overall technology performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs)
  • Manage identity and access systems including SSO and endpoint management
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation and standard processes
  • Support infrastructure planning, modernization, and scaling efforts
  • Partner with internal teams to improve systems and security posture
  • Assist with security, compliance, and risk management initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in systems and network administration
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Experience managing infrastructure and enterprise systems
  • Experience with identity management (SSO, IAM) and endpoint solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in complex or ISP-like network environments
  • Experience with MDM tools and cloud platforms (M365, Google Workspace)
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO)

Compensation & Benefits
