General Summary:
Qualcomm's Industrial and Embedded IoT (IE-IoT) product marketing team is seeking a strategic and experienced Manager of Product Marketing to lead global marketing initiatives across our Industrial AI processors and industrial connectivity business lines. This role owns end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Qualcomm IoT products and solutions. You will play a central role in shaping Qualcomm's thought and product leadership in the industrial verticals.
In this role, you will be on the cutting edge of emerging technologies, including edge AI and connectivity that are driving Qualcomm's expansion into high-growth industrial markets. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role with broad visibility across the IE-IoT business, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-funnel marketing strategy and execution for new product launches, including product messaging, assets creation, and global campaign activation.

  • Drive industrial vertical marketing efforts, including thought leadership content creation and compelling messaging to drive awareness, preference, and conversion.

  • Lead the 360-degree marketing team, including developer, digital, partner, brand marketing and PR/AR, to achieve marketing objectives aligned with the business unit.

  • Partner closely with product management, engineering, sales, and regional teams to execute strategic initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Manage major event marketing and demo strategies, delivering compelling customer experiences that showcase edge AI and connectivity innovations.

  • Define clear marketing project plans, milestones, and success metrics; proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA with technical background is preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles within a technology company

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a global environment

  • Experience marketing semiconductor, platform, or embedded technology solutions to industrial, enterprise, or B2B audiences

  • Strong understanding of industrial IoT, edge AI, and connected device ecosystems; hands-on experience in the industrial or manufacturing vertical is a strong plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences

  • Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint with a strong attention to detail and design sensibility for creating high-impact presentations and marketing collateral

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver results on time

  • Comfortable traveling to industry conferences and partner events as required

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$129,700.00 - $194,500.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
