Our Marketing M&A Product & Systems team sits on the front lines, integrating every aspect of an acquired company's marketing functions and systems. We are looking for someone that will play a key role in integrating our acquisitions' into Salesforce marketing systems, technology, and operations.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery and innovation. You are an expert communicator with an excellent ability to drive cross functional projects. You are a team player, self starter with a can-do attitude. You have strong analytical and organizational skills, and are able to quickly build relationships to drive success.
About you:

Some of the things you'll be doing include:
Understand end to end process and business flows and tie these to technical requirements for the business
  • Define scope for workstreams with both what is and is not in scope clearly defined
  • Create detailed business requirements and build out future state process flows focused on successful migration of acquired business
  • Translate requirements into operational plans, connecting the overarching project goals to tactical work
  • Dig deep to bring to light all areas where acquisition business efforts need to be supported by either business processes in Salesforce or by technology
  • Ability to guide other and write user acceptance scripts for testing
  • Ensure time requested of people for the project is used to its full value
  • Lead multiple cross functional teams through ambiguous and everchanging projects
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems, drive towards business shared goals, and create alignment
  • Manage a project goals and hold people across teams accountable for project delivery
  • Work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT
  • Continually improve processes and structure for adaptability and efficiency

Experience/Skills Required:
  • 10+ years experience in a high-growth organization
  • 5-7 years of experience years experience in Marketing, B2B preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role
  • Certification active or expired in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua or other a plus
  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing or similar a plus
  • Have led marketing teams through change management, acquisition, or similar project
  • Strong understanding of Martech, CRM, & Analytics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Work well under pressure and in an ambiguous environment
