Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, the Senior Marketing Project Manager at FARO CREAFORM in Levis ensures the consistency, quality, and performance of content while maintaining a broad perspective on marketing ecosystems and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Project Manager at FARO CREAFORM in Levis

  • Actively contribute to the development of the content strategy and ensure its successful execution.
  • Oversee project execution according to established timelines while respecting allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing leaders and international partners to deploy high-value brand awareness campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end digital content projects, including digital guides, infographics, videos, landing pages, and editorial content such as website copy, blog articles, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Lead the creative management of product launches, from concept development through deliverable coordination, ensuring brand consistency and market impact.
  • Coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience, including strong expertise in creative and digital project management.
  • Experience working in a matrix or international environment is considered a major asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and content production.
  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA.
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong execution and project management capabilities.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for internal and external communications.
