Client-Facing Digital Project Manager

Bilingual role (French & English) in Montral, QC.

If you've ever attended a large trade show or conference with a mobile app and a web platform, you'll understand what kind of products we deliver.


About the Role

We're looking for a client project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You'll act as the key link between clients and our internal teams (integration, design, and development).


This is not a technical role, but you need to understand digital platforms well enough to translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing client satisfaction with project profitability, sometimes outside regular hours.


Occasional on-site travel is required, mostly to the US, about twice a year.


What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage multiple client projects from onboarding to delivery and follow-ups.
  • Lead client meetings and onboarding sessions.
  • Be the main point of contact, guiding clients and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Translate client requests into structured tasks for internal teams with clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Oversee content population and customization to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Test and validate platforms before deployment.
  • Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to client concerns.
  • Work closely with sales and business development to drive renewals, upselling, and referrals.
  • Analyze key KPIs, evaluate project costs, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Travel abroad (mainly to the US) about twice a year.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years in digital project coordination, account management in an agency, or B2B client-facing roles, or in large-scale event/conference management.
  • Degree or diploma in business, communications, marketing, project management, event management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to hold the big picture while managing granular details.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid setup.
  • Native-level English; working proficiency in French.

Nous recherchons un(e) charg(e) de projet client l'aise dans un environnement soutenu et ax sur le client, pour agir comme un lien essentiel entre les clients et nos quipes internes (intgration, design, dveloppement).


Ce n'est pas un rle technique, mais vous devez comprendre nos plateformes suffisamment pour traduire les besoins des clients en tches claires et ralisables. Vous grerez plusieurs projets simultanment, en quilibrant la satisfaction client et la rentabilit, parfois en dehors des heures normales.


Des dplacements occasionnels sont requis, principalement aux tats-Unis, environ deux fois par an.


Vos responsabilits

  • Grer plusieurs projets clients de bout en bout, de l'intgration au suivi post-livraison.
  • Diriger les runions et les sessions d'onboarding, en tant que point de contact principal.
  • En tant que point de contact pour les clients, vous les accompagnerez tout au long du projet et veillerez rpondre leurs attentes.
  • Traduire les demandes des clients en tches structures et priorises pour les quipes internes.
  • Superviser l'intgration du contenu et la personnalisation des plateformes afin d'en garantir l'exactitude et la conformit.
  • Tester et valider les plateformes avant leur dploiement.
  • Suivre la performance, rsoudre les problmes et rpondre aux clients.
  • Collaborer avec les ventes pour les renouvellements, les ventes additionnelles et les rfrences.
  • Suivre les KPI, valuer les cots et recommander des amliorations.
  • Livrer les projets dans les dlais et le primtre convenus.


Profil recherch

  • 5+ ans en coordination de projets numriques, gestion de comptes en agence, relation client B2B, ou en gestion de confrences/salons de grande envergure.
  • Diplme en gestion, communication, marketing, gestion de projet, vnementiel ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Solides comptences en organisation, en priorisation et en rsolution de problmes.
  • Exprience avec des outils de gestion de projet.
  • Aisance garder une vue d'ensemble tout en grant les dtails.

  • Anglais de niveau natif; franais de niveau professionnel.
