Job description

Open position in all Coegi office locations including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

The Project Manager will support Coegi in the organization and internal management of high-touch accounts. As an expert in project management, this role is responsible for management of processes, systems, documents, timelines, assets, and relationships pertaining to individual accounts. This person will be a key counterpart to our Account Strategy Directors, providing detail-level knowledge to complement their partner and strategic knowledge. The Project Manager will also support Account Managers and Operations by managing deliverables, keeping production and asset trackers up to date, leading billing and budget actualization, and overall keeping account teams on track.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Timelines & Task Management - develop efficient processes for accounts that allow the team to meet internal and external goals. Hold team accountable to set process and update when necessary in order to deliver milestone goals and smaller tasks within a project.
  • Asset management - manage documents, URLs, copy, creative, and other collateral received from our clients and partners for execution. Ensure these documents are easily accessible and clear for execution teams to understand.
  • Asana Management - keep teams up to date and organized in our project management system, Asana. Responsible for translating action items into Asana and assigning to appropriate team member.
  • Communication Management - the project manager keeps other account team members on track across various methods of communication. This includes pushing team to focus on deliverable at hand in meetings, asking for updates, helping define if projects are on and off track, and overall making sure teams are unified and on track towards common goals.
  • Billing and Budget Actualization - completes monthly billing process for clients, ensuring invoices are accurate. Also responsible for managing rollover underspend/overspend and ensuring teams, platforms, and internal tracking documents are updated.
  • Meeting Management - schedules internal and client facing meetings. Manages agendas for internal meetings and works in collaboration with Account Strategy Director or Account Manager for client meetings. Records meeting notes and action items. Develops timelines as necessary for action items and follow-ups.
  • Order Intake - Completes order and data entry process, ensuring client directives, campaign budget, and other instructions are entered correctly into systems and with operations teams for campaign build.

  • At least one year of experience, preferably within an agency environment, with day-to-day digital campaign management, programmatic bidding and social advertising experience
  • Experience working within Project Management Systems such as Asana
  • Must be a self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing
  • Must have familiarity and experience paid media marketing
  • Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized and analytical
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior skills with computers, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Google Resources
  • Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines

Education

  • Bachelor's degree; concentration in marketing, statistics, business or advertising preferred, or equivalent professional experience
