Marketing Project Manager - Healthcare Marketing
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented?Marketing Project Manager?for an exciting contract opportunity with a?world-renowned healthcare organization. This role will support high-volume marketing and communications projects that help members better understand, navigate, and maximize the value of their healthcare plans. The Marketing Project Manager will help ensure important healthcare plan marketing materials are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time during a critical peak-season period.
Adobe Workfront experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume marketing and member communications projects from intake through completion.
• Support the development and delivery of communications materials that help members understand and maximize their healthcare plan benefits.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, approvals, stakeholder communication, and final handoffs.
• Use?Workfront?to manage project workflow, track status, update tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Partner with internal teams to gather project details, route materials, and move work through review and approval processes.
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks, delays, missing information, or competing priorities.
• Support proofing, quality control, and final review of marketing and communications materials.
• Ensure project documentation, status updates, and handoffs are accurate and timely.
• Communicate clearly with business partners, creative teams, legal/compliance partners, and other stakeholders.
• Help manage peak-season workload while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Support process adherence and help keep projects moving efficiently through established workflows.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of marketing project management, traffic coordination, marketing operations, or related experience.
• Hands-on Adobe Workfront experience is required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to identify issues early and proactively communicate next steps.
• Healthcare, PBM, pharmacy, insurance, or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized Marketing Project Manager with strong hands-on Workfront experience and a proven background managing marketing or communications projects. Contract Details
