We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Production Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is essential in bringing our brand to life across all digital and print touchpoints. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment, understands brand standards, is detail oriented, and ensures creative assets are executed, on time, and optimized for performance.

You will collaborate closely with design, copy, marketing, merchandising, and external partners to translate creative concepts into production-ready assets across site, email, paid media, social, packaging, and print.


Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with designers to support creative development and bring concepts to final execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, e-commerce) to align on asset needs and timelines
  • Assist in maintaining organized file systems, templates, and shared design resources
  • Support updates to evergreen site assets and ongoing creative refreshes
  • Prepare and produce high-volume digital assets for web, email, paid media, and social channels
  • Adapt campaign creative across multiple formats, platforms, and device specifications
  • Prepare files for print including packaging, mailers, in-store collateral, and other branded materials
  • Ensure all files meet technical specifications for both digital and print production
  • Manage pre-press processes, file packaging, color accuracy, and vendor handoff
  • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
  • Manage versioning, resizing, retouching, and formatting of imagery
  • Contribute to process improvements that streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency


Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in production design, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
  • Degree in a related field

Compensation

Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $60,000-$65,000; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
