By leveraging our deep experience and resources, combined with unsurpassed commitment, Priority delivers financial and operational improvements to our clients as their trusted energy advisors.
Our Mission
Our mission is to lead the energy transition with innovative client-focused solutions built upon integrity, trust, and transparency. Priority Power Management is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategy across the organization. In this role, you will own the marketing function's day-to-day operations and long-range planning, driving brand visibility, commercial enablement, and demand generation in the power management and energy sector.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic, self-directed marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing and work hand-in-hand with Commercial, Operations, HR, Safety, and other internal teams to ensure marketing delivers measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Marketing to develop and own the annual marketing roadmap, ensuring initiatives are aligned with company growth objectives and delivered on schedule.
  • Translate business priorities into integrated marketing programs that span brand awareness, thought leadership, commercial enablement, and client retention.
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, ROMI, and key KPIs; use data to continuously refine strategy and demonstrate marketing impact.

Commercial & Sales Enablement
  • Collaborate with the Commercial teams to develop high-quality presentations and proposals, synthesizing technical content into client-ready materials.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of sales decks, pitch materials, and capability overviews that empower the commercial team to win and retain business.
  • Build a library of win stories and case studies that demonstrate measurable impact for clients across market segments.
  • Contribute to commercial dashboards tracking pipeline, campaign attribution, and ROMI in coordination with Sales and Operations.

Brand & Content
  • Own brand integrity across all materials, channels, and touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand standards and a company voice.
  • Develop compelling content including case studies, white papers, one-pagers, social posts, email campaigns, and other collaterals that showcase Priority Power's expertise.
  • Maintain and evolve the content calendar; lead editorial planning and publishing across all channels.
  • Design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, and digital graphics) in line with brand guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.

Digital & Events
  • Set the strategy and provide oversight for all digital marketing channels, including website (WordPress), SEO, and email marketing with dedicated team members handling day-to-day execution under the Marketing Manager's supervision.
  • Direct social media strategy and editorial standards; supervise team members responsible for content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting (UTMs, engagement, conversions).
  • Lead tradeshow and event strategy, asset preparation, vendor coordination, shipping, lead capture, and post-event follow-up and reporting.

Operations & Administration
  • Manage marketing operations including budget tracking, POs, vendor invoices, asset libraries, and campaign reporting to ensure smooth and accountable execution.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed.
  • Support internal branding and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and external visibility.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members as the team grows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience; energy, power, industrial, or technology sectors strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and programs with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong design instincts and fluency with brand guidelines, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS for website content management.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and skilled at building relationships across departments and seniority levels.
  • Self-motivated with high ownership mentality and strong follow-through.
