Our Marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Operations Manager to join us!
We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and is built for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and get things done across our marketing and sales technology stack.
You will be a key contributor alongside our Marketing Operations team, supporting everything from HubSpot workflows and data hygiene to sales prospecting execution and campaign operations. The ideal candidate understands how marketing and sales work together and brings both the technical and business context to support a fast-moving GTM team.

In this role, you will:
  • HubSpot Support and Execution: Support day-to-day HubSpot tasks including contact management, list building, workflow updates, property creation, form management and report and dashboard creation.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce Integration Support: help maintain and resolve field mapping issues, sync errors, and data consistency
  • Data Hygiene and Enrichment: Support enrichment workflows using tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms to keep data accurate. Execute ongoing data hygiene work including deduplication, field standardization, list cleanup, and segmentation.
  • Campaign and Workflow Execution: Support HubSpot workflow builds and updates that support campaign launches, and lead routing.
  • Sales Prospecting Tool Support: Build and manage email sequences in Outreach.io , create and maintain prospect views and lists, and manage Chili Piper Rules and Routers.
  • AI and Emerging Tools: Bring a curious mindset to AI-powered tools in the marketing technology stack. Help identify opportunities to simplify manual tasks or improve data quality using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Reporting and Documentation:Document workflows, processes, and field definitions to support team knowledge and continuity. Assist with pulling and formatting data for team reviews, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting requests.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategic leadership position. Candidates should be comfortable personally executing workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and operational tasks within HubSpot and related systems.Please do not apply if your experience is primarily people management without direct platform execution.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market Operations
  • Strong experience in HubSpot across contacts, workflows, lists, behavioural events and reporting
  • Working knowledge of the HubSpot and Salesforce integration, including how data syncs and troubleshooting common issues
  • Experience with Chili Piper or a similar meeting scheduling and routing tools
  • Strong instincts around data hygiene and a track record of keeping CRM data clean and usable
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, or Clearbit
  • Experience working within a sales engagement platform such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or HubSpot Sequences, specifically building sequences, and managing prospect views
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce to support marketing and sales visibility
Nice to Have:
  • AI Aptitude - comfortable experimenting with AI tools. You do not need to be an expert, but you have used tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Clay AI, or similar and are curious about automating repetitive tasks and improving data quality workflows
  • Familiarity with BI or data tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with Pendo for product analytics or in-app engagement
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology

Salary Range: $50-60/hour
