Marketing & Business Development Coordinator

Redgrave LLP is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our collaborative Marketing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to build a strong foundation in legal marketing, business development, events, and client engagement while supporting a nationally recognized law firm.

Working closely with Marketing Department leadership and team members, the Coordinator will help ensure the smooth execution of firm events, marketing communications, CRM data management, business development initiatives, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, comfortable managing details, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced professional services environment.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate logistics for firm-hosted webinars, roundtables, CLEs, conferences, and in-person events, including invitations, registrations, attendee lists, reminders, materials, and follow-up documentation.
  • Support conference sponsorships and firm participation by helping assemble materials, track deliverables, and coordinate event-related details.
  • Maintain accurate client and contact information in the firm's CRM system, including mailing lists, segmentation, data hygiene, and activity tracking.
  • Assist with distribution of client alerts, newsletters, invitations, and other marketing communications.
  • Support website updates, administrative publishing tasks, document formatting, attorney bio updates, onboarding-related marketing tasks, and other marketing operations.
  • Provide administrative support for pitches, RFPs, business development research, pursuit files, deadlines, and follow-up trackers.
  • Coordinate internal marketing meetings, selected business development meetings, vendor communications, and general support for the marketing team.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing, events, business development, or administrative support, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a responsive and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Comfort working with CRM, CMS, email marketing, Microsoft Office, and related marketing technology tools; prior experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, virtual or hybrid work environment.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Candidates must be located in the Washington, DC Metro area. This position is remote but requires availability to work in the Northern Virginia office 1-day per week. The role may require occasional travel and includes work performed remotely and in a normal office environment.
