Job description

Summary: The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing initiatives across email marketing, organic social channels, and other digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for creating and scheduling campaigns while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the marketing strategy. This position works closely with the Digital Content Specialist to bring campaigns to life and plays a key role in maintaining day-to-day marketing operations.

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $25 to $29 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $52,000 and $60,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and schedule high-volume email marketing campaigns within HubSpot to drive customer engagement and support marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure rigorous quality assurance across all email campaigns, validating layout formatting, image rendering, hyperlink functionality, subject lines, and calls to action.
  • Support audience segmentation and list management strategies to ensure targeted, relevant messaging reaches the appropriate recipient groups.
  • Oversee email deployment schedules and execution timelines to guarantee all campaigns launch reliably and on time.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling organic social media content across key channels, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Craft engaging captions and tailor copy across diverse social platforms to maximize audience interaction while ensuring strict alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain structured, cross-platform social media content calendars to maintain consistent posting cadences and support campaign rollouts.
  • Collaborate on paid media initiatives by helping craft targeted ad copy, visual creative, and supporting campaign assets for Google Ads and digital advertising.
  • Partner closely with the Digital Content Specialist to verify that all paid promotional materials meet brand standards and align with overarching campaign goals.
  • Organize, track, and manage creative design assets to streamline implementation for active and upcoming digital advertising campaigns.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
  • Experience in email marketing and/or copywriting required.
  • Experience using HubSpot for email campaign creation, scheduling, list management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Sprout Social, Canva, and Google Ads preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
