JOIN A LEADING HEALTHCARE COMPANY 

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports Curant Health’s Brand Strategy team by coordinating marketing materials, inventory, events, social media activities, campaigns, and content projects. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are organized, accurate, and completed on time.

Essential Functions:

  • Fulfill, pack, ship, and track marketing material requests.
  • Maintain inventory records and organized storage areas.
  • Support conferences, trade shows, community events, and internal meetings.
  • Assist with event registration, logistics, setup, breakdown, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain social media calendars and track content approvals.
  • Support marketing campaigns, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Proofread and update presentations, sales materials, website content, and other collateral.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, files, and version control.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • One to two years of marketing, healthcare, event coordination, or related experience.
  • Trade show or event logistics experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
