East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team! This is a remote position to be based in the Pacific Northwest

The Digital Marketing Manager will drive profitable digital growth, strengthen consumer engagement, and deepen customer retention across paid media, social, search, email, and lifecycle marketing channels.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN: 

Digital Media Strategy and Performance Marketing 40% of time

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across social media advertising platforms, Google Ads, and other digital channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and efficient return on ad spend 
  • Partner with contractors and platform representatives to plan media investments, manage budgets, test new opportunities, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and recommend optimizations across audience targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages, and channel mix


Email, Retention and Lifecycle Marketing 30% of time

  • Own email marketing strategy, calendar execution, segmentation, testing, and reporting to engage consumers throughout the full customer lifecycle
  • Build and optimize retention programs, including automated flows, repeat purchase campaigns, loyalty-driving initiatives, win-back efforts, and personalized messaging strategies
  • Partner with creative, brand, e-commerce, and data teams to ensure email and retention programs are consumer-centric, brand-aligned, and performance-driven


Analytics, Testing and Cross-Functional Campaign Execution 30% of time

  • Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics, including traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, engagement, retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value
  • Lead A/B testing and continuous improvement across ad creative, audience segments, subject lines, email content, landing pages, and customer journeys
  • Support integrated campaign planning by aligning digital media, email, content, creative, and promotional priorities across internal and external partners 


WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, CRM, retention, or e-commerce
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social and Google Ads campaigns with measurable performance goals
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, segmentation, automation, retention strategy, and lifecycle campaign execution
  • Consumer packaged goods, food, beverage, natural products preferred
