The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead high-impact work within the Corporate Communications organization supporting CACI's Space line of business, operating as a modern in-house agency partner to the business. This role collaborates closely with Strategic Communications, Creative, Events, and Operations to deliver integrated programs that elevate the company's brand, support growth priorities, and strengthen the company's reputation. The successful candidate will be a part of the Marketing team within the company's Corporate Communications department, and report directly to the Director, Marketing.
This role can be based in Reston, Virginia or Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs to support the company and market objectives.
โ€ข Translate business goals into campaign briefs, timelines, budgets, and measurable KPIs.
โ€ข Coordinate with Strategic Communications, Creative, Events, and Operations to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
โ€ข Use data to evaluate program effectiveness; recommend improvements and best practices.
โ€ข Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance requirements.
โ€ข Coach junior team members and cross-functional partners on process and best practices.
