We are seeking a Marketing Manager with strong AdTech industry experience to support global marketing initiatives, campaign coordination, and sales enablement efforts for a fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing organization.

This individual will partner closely with creative, digital marketing, and regional stakeholders across the U.S., UK, and APAC to execute integrated marketing initiatives, manage workflows, and develop compelling sales and marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Create and update sales collateral, presentations, one-pagers, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across global regions
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, digital marketing, and regional marketing teams
  • Support email marketing campaign execution and workflow management
  • Manage marketing operations and project timelines using Asana
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders across EST, UK, and APAC time zones
  • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and stakeholder-facing materials
  • Track campaign deliverables, priorities, and project timelines across multiple initiatives
  • Support marketing process improvements and day-to-day operational coordination
  • Work independently to prioritize deliverables and keep teams aligned/accountable
  • Partner with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Requirements:
  • 5 years of professional marketing experience
  • Strong experience within the AdTech/programmatic advertising industry
  • Experience working for or supporting:
    • SSPs
    • DSPs
    • Media agencies
  • Experience supporting international or regional marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience creating:
    • sales collateral
